Terms & Conditions

1. Subject of the contract western style shop)

sells the goods specified in the online shop or on brochures under the following terms of delivery and sale (GTC). In particular, these terms and conditions also apply if they deviate from those of the customer.

 

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract between the customer and the Westernstyle Shop comes about verbally or in writing through an order by the customer, by telephone, by post, by e-mail or in the online shop on the Internet. Westernstyle Shop accepts the order by sending an order confirmation to the customer (by post or email) or by directly delivering the goods with the accompanying documents.

3. Product range

All information about the goods that the customer receives as part of the ordering process is non-binding. In particular, changes in design and color as well as errors and topicality in the description, illustration and price information are reserved. Information on the individual goods is based on information from the manufacturers and suppliers and is passed on by us in good faith and without obligation. Westernstyle Shop reserves the right to deliver replacement products that may differ in design and color from the goods ordered.

 

4. Terms of Payment

All catalog prices are target prices that are constantly being adjusted to the market. They are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT, unpackaged, postage paid from the Niederbipp warehouse. Transport and packaging costs as well as cash on delivery fees are charged separately. The prices stated in the internet catalog and in the price list are our net prices. Delivery only against prepayment, invoice, credit card, PayPal or cash on delivery. You can pay in cash, with an EC/post card or credit card on site when you pick it up. The buyer bears the credit card fee of 2.4%.

5. Terms of Delivery

If in stock, the products will be delivered within 1-5 working days (address located in Switzerland) (USA 2-3 weeks) and after receipt of payment to the address provided by the customer. If the products are not in stock, the delivery time can be delayed by 2-3 weeks. The goods are delivered at the expense and risk of the customer, even if partial deliveries are made. In the case of externally visible damage to the goods ordered, complaints will only be settled against a certificate from the respective carrier.

6. Right of Exchange

The customer has the right to return the ordered goods and convert them within a period of 5 working days. If the bag cannot be exchanged, the right of return applies.

 

7. Intellectual Property

Westernstyle Shop retains all rights to any design, text, graphic on its website. All trademarks, product names or company names or logos cited on this website are the sole property of their respective authorized persons.

 

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These terms and conditions and the contracts concluded on their basis are subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is Aarwangen.
